The 40-piece concert band performed its Spring Concert on Tuesday, May 13th, 2003, at the Longfellow Middle School. The band was conducted by Donna Kummer, and Gladys Chmiel was the evening's announcer. Jim Hirt was the narrator for Copland's Lincoln Portrait. Area flamenco dancers also presented a short demonstration of Spanish dance.
